Refund Policy for OptimizeONE

Refunds and Cancellation

All payments for OptimizeONE services are in USD and are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. Both monthly and annual payments are final and non-refundable.

OptimizeONE subscriptions are billed according to the term selected at signup (monthly or yearly). If a subscription is cancelled, users retain access to the platform for the remainder of the billing term but will not be refunded for any unused time. After the billing term concludes, access to OptimizeONE will be revoked, and all associated data will be deleted within the timeframe specified below.

If you cancel your OptimizeONE subscription, access to all features and data inside the OptimizeONE ecosystem will be terminated. This includes, but is not limited to, template funnels, template websites, automation templates, and any stored customer or business data.

To cancel a subscription, users must log in to their OptimizeONE dashboard and navigate to "Settings > Billing," selecting "Want to Modify / Cancel the subscription?" No cancellations can be processed via email or phone.

1.2 Free Trials and Wallet Credits

OptimizeONE may offer free trials from time to time. A valid payment method is required to initiate the trial. If the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends, no charges will be applied. If the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, the payment method provided will automatically be charged for the selected subscription term (monthly or yearly).

During the trial period, users receive a $10 wallet credit to test the system. If usage exceeds the provided wallet credit, users will be charged for the excess usage. Charges may include, but are not limited to, email campaigns, SMS messages, phone number purchases, phone calls, or AI-related services.

If a wallet balance remains at the time of cancellation, the balance will be forfeited. Wallet balance credits are non-transferrable and can not be exchanged for USD.

1.3 Failed Payments and Account Suspension

If a payment fails, users will have 7 days to update their payment method and bring their account current. If payment is not received within 7 days, the account will be suspended. Suspended accounts and all associated data will be permanently deleted from OptimizeONE servers after 30 days of non-payment. Account data is non-recoverable.

1.4 Access to OptimizeONE Ecosystem

OptimizeONE subscriptions grant users access to proprietary templates, training materials, automation workflows, and other system assets. These materials are non-transferable and exclusively available for active OptimizeONE members.

Examples of non-transferable materials include, but are not limited to:

- Funnel templates

- Website templates

- Automation templates

- CRM and pipeline data

All materials provided by OptimizeONE are for use within the OptimizeONE ecosystem only. Sharing or using these materials outside of OptimizeONE is strictly prohibited.

Upon cancellation of an OptimizeONE subscription, users will lose access to all materials and data within the system, including training materials and templates.

1.5 Data Deletion Policy

When a subscription is cancelled, all user data will be permanently deleted from OptimizeONE servers after 7 days. For accounts suspended due to non-payment, data will be deleted after 30 days of delinquency.
